Congratulations to Paul Dart for winning the inaugural Victorian Pattern Association Pilot Ranking Award for 2007.

Paul's performance has been exceptional. He flew his first pattern competition as a Sportsman in January 2007, was promoted to Advanced in May after only three competitions, and again to Expert in August after only three more competitions. And only through a little bad weather and bad luck did he not make it out of Expert within the year - that had to wait until the just completed 30th Anniversary Australian Masters.

An excellent year - both for attending the competitions and flying extremely well (the attributes the ranking system rewards). Well done Paul.

Full results overall, and by class, are set out below.
