The 2008 APA Championships were held on the weekend of October 4 & 5 at Twin Cities (TCMAC - Albury).

• Sportsman - Jason Arnold

The APA Championships are an APA event, but the VPA Comms team were on hand with notebook and camera to capture the highlights.

Saturday was overcast, quite humid, and almost windless.  While it threatened to rain all Saturday morning, it actually only drizzled for about thirty minutes.  All 24 competitors had 4 flights on the day.

Many spent Saturday night at the Boomerang hotel having a pleasant dinner.

Sunday saw cloudless skies and 2 more flights for all competitors. After being well fed by the dedicated TCMAC team we all set off home shortly after 2pm on Sunday.
