Gentlemen,
This year we will be moving away from our customary competition at Cobram. The August competition will be held at the BRCAC Club at Bendigo on the weekend of August 7 and 8. We will also be carrying out our AGM at this time. The usual official documentation will follow soon.
Let's hope we see you there for this event. Bendigo has always been very kind to us. This should be another excellent competition.

The Model Engines Trophy has been run and won for 2010 on a glorious weekend in Ballarat. Stunning weather and a worthy testament to the 30th Anniversary of Model Engines.p>
The winners were:
- F3A - Bill Bloodworth
- Expert - Gavin Wallis
- Advanced - Greg Hede
- Sportsman - Will Crossman
The overall Model Engines Trophy goes to Bill Bloodworth, with the Handicap Trophy going to Doug Dorrat

Well, the weatherman promised outstanding weather for the Sunday – warm (37 degrees!!) and a bit windy (30 km/hr – 8 m/sec!!). It was definitely outstanding weather … for windsurfing!!!
A few of us brought along our Angel S 50’s to find that, as good as they do fly, they struggle a bit in the wind. The Figure M was a challenge for everybody.Even the YS overpowered models of Lionel and Tom felt the wind batter them around. The order for the day was a lot of speed and a lot of “crabbing”; something the Angel’s were struggling to achieve.

The Tates Performance Hobbies Trophy has been run and won for 2010 on a glorious day at Mannerim. Great hospitality by the local club, and thankyou to Eddie Edwards of Tates for sponsoring the event.
The winners were:

- Advanced - Greg Hede (Welcome back Greg!)
